Check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Following these times is important due to guest turnover. If early check-in or late check-out is possible, the following fees apply: early check-in: €100, late check-out: €100.
How to pay for accommodation?
You can pay for your stay by bank transfer or in cash upon arrival. A deposit is required to confirm your booking and must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is possible up to 30 days before arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of arrival, the owner retains the deposit. In case of illness or emergencies reported within 30 days of arrival, the deposit can be transferred to a new booking date at the guest’s request, depending on availability.
Mogu li se u kući održavati proslave?
The home is not intended for parties. For small, quiet gatherings, guests must inform the owner in advance to agree on the booking conditions and security deposit.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace. Throwing cigarette butts in the yard or surrounding area is strictly prohibited due to the nearby protected area and fire risk.
Can more than eight people stay in the home?
The home is furnished and equipped for up to eight people.
Is pool available all year round?
Pool is available from beginning of May until the end of September, depending on the weather.
