💧 Water and Ground
Wastewater treatment plant
A system with live bacteria that processes all wastewater on the property. The output is 96% clean water: free of chemicals and without soil or groundwater contamination.
Water flow regulators
Flow regulators are installed on all faucets and showers to reduce water consumption without loss of pressure. The same comfort, less waste.
Chlorine-free pool
The quality of the pool water is maintained exclusively by saltwater electrolysis, without adding chlorine. This is especially suitable for children and people with allergies or sensitive skin.

Solar thermal collectors
Solar energy heats domestic hot water throughout the year. Clean solar energy, reduced use of fossil fuels.
100% LED lighting
The entire indoor and outdoor lighting on the property has been replaced with LED technology. It uses up to 80% less energy than traditional bulbs while providing equal or better light quality.
Robot lawn mower
An electric robotic lawn mower continuously mows the grass in an eco-friendly way. There are no emissions and no noise. The finely cut grass is left as a natural fertilizer, making the lawn denser and more attractive.
EV charger
We support environmentally responsible forms of transport. An EV charger is available to allow guests to enjoy a worry-free holiday and keep their car charged at all times.

Eco-friendly detergents
We use eco-certified cleaning products in the house, without harsh chemicals or toxic fumes. Safe for children and households.
Homemade laundry detergent
We make our own laundry detergent from natural ingredients. It is gentle on the skin, effective at cleaning, and fully biodegradable: ideal for sensitive skin and children.
Salt room
The salt room functions as a small healing retreat. Natural halotherapy improves air quality, helps with respiratory issues, and relaxes both body and mind.
🌱 Garden and nature
Organic garden
We grow our own vegetables in a traditional way, without any chemical treatments or pesticides. Seasonal vegetables from the garden are available for guests to use.
Pesticide-free orchard
Our orchard is grown without any chemical inputs. The fruits ripen at a natural pace, in line with the seasons and natural cycles.
Water spring
The property has its own natural source of drinking water and a small stream flowing through it— a living part of the ecosystem that we keep untouched.
